Terms of Service
-Payment is required upfront and in full, no partial payments or down payments are accepted.-I WILL NOT DRAW NFT OR CYPTO RELATED ART. Never have, never will. I will not make NFT templates for you. If you see my art as an NFT it is stolen.
Additionally, my art is NOT PERMITTED to be used on AI art sites, AI art training, etc. and never ever will be. AI "art" will never be real art! <3-Payment is only accepted via PayPal. I take USD only, please have the payment converted when you send it.-I will not work with strict deadlines but rest assured that commissions are always my top priority and first on my list.-I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. As long as it's not hateful or anything of the such, I will not refuse, otherwise I will refuse if you fit the criteria of the "right to refuse commission" list.-Do not trace, resell, heavily reference, or otherwise steal from/lift from my art.-You are free to use and repost commissioned artwork to character storage sites like Toyhouse, ArtFight, and refsheet. You cannot repost to sites like Twitter, Tumblr, DeviantArt, etc. even with credit. If you find my art posted to any sites that aren't Toyhouse/refsheet, and they weren't uploaded by me, they are STOLEN.-I will draw generally anything but I will not draw fetish art, NSFW art (yet), anything hateful, kinsonas or characters that lift heavily from canon characters/media (aka dekudogs), or characters that do not belong to you (fanart and explicit permission from the OC owner exempt.)
